Welcome to UI LGBTQ Clinic
The University of Iowa LGBTQ Clinic serves the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning communities. Our clinic provides full-service health care to meet the LGBTQ health care needs. There are two pirmary care clinic doctors:our clinic staff has had LGBTQ-specific cultural humility training. This training through the Safe Zone Project is to make sure our clinic setting is welcoming and assuring for all our patients.

Dr. Katie Larsen Ode (Pediatric Endocrinology) has joined our team and has appointments the first Tuesday of each month. She specializes in caring for transgender and gender non-conforming children and adolescents through the age of 24.
